Terms and Conditions.

Once the booking (link to booking form at end of Terms & Condtions) is confirmed a deposit cheque or BACS payment of 50% isrequired. The remainder of the fee is due 10 wk's before arrival. A receipt will be sent for all payments.
On full payment directions and key information will be sent by post or email. The head of the party must sign a booking form on behalf and for the entire booked party (whom must read and accept the terms and conditions). The booking form must be posted or emailed confirming agreement to the terms and conditions herewith. This agreement and acceptance will automatically include all clients.
The times of arrivals are 16:00 and departures by 10.30. Please advise if you plan to arrive outside these times on the booking form.
On the booking form please give the passport number of the head of your party.
Linen comprising of towels, sheets and blankets are included in the price. Beach towels are not included. Towels must not be taken from property for swimming or beach use.
Fuel costs are included although you will be expected to ensure unnecessary lights are turned off. We reserve the right to enter the property during the day to extinguish any lights left on. Any key loss will be charged to the client along with full lock change.
All your daily refuse must be taken to the large bins in the villages (including the day of departure), any rubbish left on site will be charged from the deposit to be removed.
The property must be left as clean as it is found, including hob, oven fridge/freezer, showers and WC's, Patios etc. The cleaner is arranged at a cost of €30-€60 (depending on whether an apartment or the entire villa is rented), this DOES NOT included washing - up..
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VILLA.
Dogs are allowed, but must be well behaved and stay with their owners. Owners are liable for any damage to property by themselves, children or dogs during their stay.
A breakage deposit of 100 Euro will be held until departure.The client is responsible for leaving the property, furniture and effects clean and in good order. If there are any breakage's please report them immediately to us.
Baggage and personal belongings are at all times the client's risk. We cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, flood, weather, fire or act of the client. We cannot be held responsible for equipment failure but all efforts will be made to restore any failure. We are not covered by ABTOL insurance and advise accordingly. No responsibility is taken if the property is simply not to your liking or unsuitable for personal reasons * see disclaimer.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
We also advise you fill in a E111 form before departure, available at all main Post Offices.

We are not liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
We are not liable for personal injury that occur on the property, therefore we do not accept any responsibility for accidents occurring in the villa or property boundaries.
No responsibility will be held by us for any damage whatsoever to any vehicle damaged on any acess leading to any properties
SWIMMING POOL RULES
No responsibility is taken for any injury or fatality in or around the pool. This includes any slipping on the steps while going in or out of the pool.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Care must be taken when going in or out of the pool.
Swimming caps must be worn in the pool at all times.
No running allowed.
Clients must shower before entering the pool and also after swimming.
NO jumping or over active behaviour is allowed.
If chairs or sunbeds are moved, these must be replaced at the end of the day
Only a maximum of 6/8 people to enter the pool.
CANCELLATIONS
If the holiday is cancelled prior to booked holiday commencement date:
10 weeks prior the deposit of 50% is forfeited... 8 weeks prior the 80 % of total cost forfeited.... 6 weeks or less prior 100% of the total cost forfeited.
There is an administrative charge on any variation/cancellation to pay in excess of the cancellation charges of £50.
Although it is highly unlikely that we have to change any confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will inform to you at the earliest date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar property. However, if this is not possible, we will cancel the booking and refund you in full. We reserve the right to do this up to 6 wk's before you travel.
Half terms, Easter and Christmas are generally priced as Mid Season, unless otherwise stated. As school holidays change annually, these dates will obviously vary and therefore are not stipulated. Alternative arrival/departure days are available on request.
