The Estate comprises of the Villa and two adjoining Apartments. All have their own private entrances, separate patio areas and parking.
Apartment Vetulonia situated on ground floor level offers comfortably arranged accommodation for both families and couples. The private patio shaded by mature Tuscan oak trees is ideal for meals alfresco. Both bedrooms have views over the stunning Maramma countryside. A convenient base from which you can easily explore and enjoy Tuscany.

Apartment Populonia is suitable for a couple or with the optional sleeping arrangements a small family. With it's own private balcony from the kitchen/lounge with a view to the hills of Tuscana. The main bedroom with views across the plain of Maramma towards the sea. A perfect base from which to explore the wine and olive trails in the region.

The Villa Roselle, is a more spacious area with a separate kitchen and utility room. Access to the patio area is from the kitchen, the patio has a covered area. The patio is ideal for meals and evening relaxing after enjoying a day in Tuscany.
